Another “What The…” Moment

Mail and Trash
They seem to not know the difference.
If you put “not the office” on the “Deliver to” address label, here’s one of the things that happens:
The driver leaves it where you asked the driver to leave it. He leaves it and takes a pic and sends it to you by email. Then when an employee walks by, the employee quietly picks it up and quietly goes into the room next to yours with the door that you can’t quite use without making a large, scraping sound. Back when I was trying to optimize my stay, before I caught on to their shenanigans, I was told by MaintenanceMan1 that it can’t be fixed.
Then you open your door and the package is gone. The next morning you go to the office and Presto!!! There it is! Throughout the night you have to wonder if you’ll ever actually have it in your hands.
It’s happened twice that I am actually sure of, but I was unable to get a pic of the first one after some deep searches I found the “Delivered” email, but the photo of the location was not saved by Amazon. So if you stay here, save the pics they send you that show where it was delivered.
So I have used the same photo for each of the two times that I am sure it happened.
With these folks and the “Opposite Land” tactics they are so intent on using, I’m sure it happened more than twice. They had some of my packages in the office the other day, and four of my packages had been opened. I don’t know why someone would open MY packages except to cause some kind of additional harassments, going so far as to tell me, “Let me know if anything is missing,” and testing me to see if would report things missing. They keep forgetting or ignore the fact that I’m honest.
At the bottom of this page, See the “Gallery of the Defaults – Trash” to get an idea of what they leave there for days and weeks. When you get a package delivered on time to the correct address at your room, they are out there in a flash to pick it up and move it to the place where THE LABEL SAYS NOT to deliver it. Trash, on the other hand, stays around the property for extended periods. The mail “undelivery” is just another way to interfere in your life. They have plenty of time FOR THAT. Seeing to their duties, forget it. Some of the pics show how they block passageways for reasons that only they know.
The first set shows pics of what they do in the office if your package was delivered in an envelope. If your parcel came in a box, they can’t mash it (very well), and they haven’t mashed every single thing I’ve ordered. That’s about the best thing I can say about Extended Stay America aka ESA. Yep! You heard it! Right here! The Best Thing is that that haven’t mashed every piece of my property! Hooray!
There are more items, but I didn’t catch on at first and didn’t start taking pics until after it happened a few times.
It’s not just one person who has done this. These things have happened under the tutelage of five different managers. Ever feel like you’ve been singled out? Well, take a look at this: “It’s Routine Sir!“
And now… more of… “What They Do!” It’s TRASH. “They smile in your face.” (A reference to “Backstabbers” by the O’jays often plays in my mind.
