This does not apply to all employees. Some employees do their jobs instead of spending their days and nights harassing me and avoiding answering any questions that might give me actual usable information.
To “they-LINK” whom it does apply to, you know exactly who you are, and many of you, I know exactly who you are too.
TO BE CLEAR: I have actually met a couple of employees who were not part of they. SURPRISE!!! I do not wish to rate their performance in front of me or rate their work. As for the rest of they, they gave me a way to open my mind and this website by forcing harassments on me. They deserve to be called out for their terrible work practices.
If you’re one of the people who have harassed me, the following and more, applies to you:
Extended Stay America does not hire people who can be considered “mature adults.”
Much less run the place. Nonetheless, that’s what they have.
This hotel is a playground for bad behavior. Childish behavior. Mostly consisting of “they,” even their subcontractors couldn’t care less about pride in their work. Multiple examples of the same can be found.

I have been as honest as a person can be.
I have arrived at some conclusions, but there is no guarantee that I am always correct in those conclusions. The Challenge will tell. Except I don’t think Extended Stay America is honest or sincere and they will not take The Challenge. They will know they already lost before the first question is asked.
I believe the very first thing they will do when they find this site, is to try to take my rights away, like they’ve done for nearly seven years already, with the help of outside forces- people in a position of trust. The next thing they will do is try to find a hacker who could ruin my site.
But, I cannot accurately predict the future.
And… still, I admit, my conclusions aren’t necessarily all true. I believe they are, but there are many considerations. It all seems crazy, and that is exactly one of the effects of their psychological torture practiced on me
They truly believe that everyone I talk to will think that I’m crazy and not believe a word I say. It is part of their purpose to destroy me in every way that they can.
Who is going to believe what I say!?! THAT is some of the rationalization used against me by management.
Get ready to see them stab me in the back some more.
And believe it. What I say is true. It’s a circus complete with clowns, billy goats and magicians. They even bring musicians in to keep you awake at night. And like all of their shenanigans, to keep you aggravated and bothered and on edge all the time.
Come one, come all, to the greatest show on Earth- Extended Stay America. Where you can count on two things-
At Extended Stay America, they will always take your money, and they will always harass you as described here- At Extended Stay America.
