I tried to get the toilet fixed counting on two different maintenance people- MaintenanceMan1 and MaintenanceMan3-J.

I told them that the toilet has to flushed before using to put water into the bowl. This is where the plungers I bought come in. I told them that because the water is so low, when flushed and air gets sucked into the hole, the water sometimes splashes. I told him it just splashed on my leg and I pointed to the exact place the splashes come from. It doesn’t always land in the same places though. There is a photo hereLINK that shows splashed toilet water on the floor, but don’t get it confused with a different photo that shows toilet water on the floor that MaintenanceMan3-J put there after he denied that it needed to be fixed. MaintenanceMan1 explicitly told me that the leaking sounds you hear after flushing, is the way it is supposed to work.

Here’s What I Bet You Didn’t Know

After flushing, the new water, sometimes, is yellow tinted. Because… “that’s the way it’s supposed to work!”
