Let Me Tell You About Paranoid Thinking
Last Updated on November 29, 2023 by ESAReviewsComplaints
From reading this site, you might see when I have displayed paranoid thinking. It’s actually been pretty constant for years; I’m good at not letting everyone I speak to see it. Paranoid thinking is just another result of lying, gaslighting, harassing- all the usual daily routine stuff they strive to be good at here at Extended Stay America.
From my assessment, I see that they are VERY good at getting results. Of course, there has been nothing else in my 63 years that I can compare it to. Don’t know if they are good or not based on that. But based on what has been happening to me for the six and a half years, the people at Extended Stay America plan and execute the causes of paranoid thinking with great skill.
Just One of Many
This post is to discuss just one of the many things that might or might not be real in daily life at Extended Stay America.
What I’m talking about right now are issues with WIFI.
When WIFI goes out, you don’t know why.
So you call the tech support line.
When the internet has been out for hours, and additionally and separately the login page is full of errors, you hope that tech support can at least tell you that you are not the first to call on this issue at this time. In this case, I used my phone as a modem, but it was adding up to half the day, so I called tech support.
You also don’t know if the onslaught of new bugs (the insect type that keep crawling on your skin) was planted as an harassment or if it is happening naturally, but that is not what I want to discuss in this particular post, even though this morning and early afternoon seem rife with both problems.
Back to WIFI
As I was saying, this time, I called tech support after hours of “No internet,” and tech support had not heard anything about it. They can see on their computers what is going on at any specific hotel, so it would seem that if people were having problems, they would call tech support to see if it can be fixed. But that’s not the rule because even I don’t call right away each time there is an issue.
I don’t want to put blame where it doesn’t belong, so I admit that I do not know if the problem was system-wide, or if somehow is an harassment created just for me like so many, many multiple times already.
Locally, they can tell if the phone is being used and by which room.
It just seemed odd to me that, tech support had not gotten any complaints, and at the same time, when I called tech support using the house phone (that happened to working this time), well, the tech support lady said, “The problem fixed itself,” right after I told her that it is all of sudden working, and the login page seems to have fixed itself as well.
Analysis
So, if the WIFI problem is not site-wide, it could be a single issue connected to one room and the service for that room.
In trying to stay as honest as possible, in contrast to they of course, I am saying now that I don’t know if it is possible for employees to interfere with your network connection. Of course, as you might know by now, I can’t ask them because they’ve lied and gaslighted me to no end, so asking a question and expecting the correct answer is futile, just like expecting housekeeping or even an upper manager to show upLINK after creating an appointment that you to write on your calendar just so when it comes time to meet, they can rejoice knowing that you have been anticipating something that was never going to happen.
If it is possible, then I’m sure they have done it, and I’m sure it will happen again. Because there has been other questionable outages in which I didn’t call tech support. But what is odd, is that there were a few that started and ended at the same time each week on Saturday.
Outages can happen. Wouldn’t you like to know if the shenanigans crew (they) is doing it on purpose?
There is no way to know. If you have critical work, be prepared for “No internet.” See Tip # 07 on the Tips and Tricks page.
Now don’t be sure that I’ve listed all the tricks. There is just no way to know for sure in a field of so many.
