They had someone who drives a particular car with a cute, but very annoying horn sound. It would go in front of my door at all hours of day and night and morning, and honk the horn. You could hear it coming and you could hear it going. Why did they do it multiple times? Even when there was nothing to honk at?

One night I went downstairs and took a pic of the license plate. Then I never heard it again.
